Arts Integration...

I am an arts integration specialist combining the visual arts, yoga, physical education, music, dance, creative writing, environmental education, and life skills for the betterment of future generations (and ourselves). I enjoy teaching and creating a space for art and movement within a school and community that sparks life and curiosity. Collaboration and courage are essential parts of the living education system all around us. The children and aspiring youth of our communities deserve multiple opportunities for creation, self-discovery, and expression.

I teach hatha yoga and am interested in how the visual arts, self-knowledge, and breath awareness can be pursued together. We can gain a better understanding of ourselves through creative exploration in the arts with the right intentions, and hope to find healing and peace along the way.

Life should be about the experience of joy and limiting suffering in the lives of others and within ourselves.

And...each path is unique!
